 Foster the emergence of truly blended artistic creation drawing on artistic values and currents initiated and developed in the past and present in a variety of cultures.

 Stimulate the appearance of new artistic procedures and visions by spurring creativity and imagination and exploring new technologies.

RESEARCH-ACTION

 Favour a climate of dialogue and meetings by allowing artists to be more informed about the work of their peers and establish links between creative individuals here and elsewhere.
